Even though I am a part of this CD I feel that Vanessa's performance captures the true essence of a spiritual performance. She has that happen in every songs she sings and records despite the genre.

I'd give this six stars! Vanessa is such a beautiful singer, her arrangements are marvelous and hymn selections are delightful and inspiring. I love many of the the "old time gospel" standards and the presentation of them here are presented in a very lovely way. Thank you.
