Girls Camp is where it all began... the music... the friendships... and the firesides. There is a special feeling from the mountains that we are able to keep by sharing the music with you. Jackie, Jennifer, Kellee, Kathy, Jenna, and Tracy all grew up together in the Las Vegas East Stake. Liz moved to Las Vegas to work and met “The Girls." A year later Astrid and her husband moved to Las Vegas for the period of one year, she met Jackie and together they found they had a musical connection.
In 1991 we were asked by one of the wards in our stake to share a program. When asked "What is the name of your group?" the reply was "We don't have a name, we're just friends." So "The Girls" became "Friends." In 1993 an angel by the name of Thane Hendricks walked into our lives sharing his heart and his spirit and his talents. Our circle of "Friends" is now finally complete.
Time is so precious it seems. These days it's often hard to find, but there are still Moments when we need to just feel. Sometimes it takes courage to feel and to Listen to the spirit. Oh, but when we do the peace that is ours will come. Please Let us share with you a few of...
